My Mission

My primary focus as a doula is encouraging and ​educating women like YOU to reclaim your God ​given power to give birth on your own terms. I ​meet each of my clients wherever they are at on ​their journeys- whether it is fertility and ​conception, pregnancy or postpartum.

I am available for births in a birth center, at ​home or in the hospital.

A Little Bit About Me

I'm married to my best friend and we have a daughter and 6 dogs. ​We are always working on house and homesteading projects and ​love our little small town! We operate an in-person and virtual ​holistic health business together to empower others through ​lifestyle and wellness education.

My passion for birth began with my pregnancy and birth of my ​daughter. As I went down the rabbit hole of medical care, ​interventions for mom and baby, labor techniques, etc... I felt a ​strong pull to continue my career as a Birth Doula. With my ​background as a Women's Strength Coach for the last decade ​and experience as a Massage Therapist, I know this path will ​allow me to help women have the birth they could only dream of.

Trainings: Prenatal + Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, ​Licensed Massage Therapist, Hypnobirthing, Born Free Method, ​Radially Brave Birth Doula, Birth Assistant
